Scrap it, says Victoria

PANJIM, JAN 15 — Rejecting CLP’s decision, Goa Bachao Abhiyan has reiterated its demand that the Regional Plan 2011 should be scrapped in toto and de-notified.

GBA refuses to fall prey to the chronic smokescreens of the CLP, convenor Dr Oscar Rebello said adding, CLP’s decision to review the plan and put it up for so called public scrutiny smells of delay tactics until the elections.

“We have lost faith that there would be an impartial review of the Plan,” he said in a statement here.
